The bulls highlighted below are leading sires for the Angus breed exemplify the goals of the Biltmore livestock program. We seek to utilize and develop bulls that perform in the unique climate and forage of the southeast—with ample growth and high levels of carcass merit—while never losing sight of the maternal character that is a trademark of the Biltmore program. Along with our program’s herd bulls, these reference sires are selected to develop Biltmore’s Angus cow herd as the premier fescue-tolerant source for cattle that perform in the southeast.
