    Gates open at 8 AM.

    Cattle available for viewing from 8AM to 2PM.

    Butcher Demo at 11 AM.

    Estate Butcher will do a beef carcass demonstration.

    Lunch at 12 PM.
    Keynote Speaker at 12:30 PM.
